On-site Registration
The forum registration desk will be set up at 3rd floor River Wing at the Shanghai Pudong Shangri-La Hotel. When participants arrive, they will need to show the QR code to make on-site registration and collect their forum pass and forum pack.
Forum Pass
Please wear your forum pass throughout the Shanghai FD-SOI Forum and use it to access the Forum and Dinner Cruise. Should your Forum pass be lost or damaged, please contact the Forum Service Group immediately to make a duplicate.
Dress Code
Business attire is required for the meeting and the Dinner Cruise on Huangpu River.
Working Languages of the Forum
Simultaneous interpretation will be available in English and Chinese during all sessions.
Weather
The temperature during the time of the Forum is within the comfortable range between 15 Celsius and 23 Celsius in October in Shanghai.

参会证件
活动过程中请您全程佩戴会议胸卡，凭胸卡出入会场及游轮晚宴。如论坛胸卡丢失，请联系论坛会务组工作人员进行补办。
着装要求
请着正装出席论坛会议和浦江游轮晚宴。
论坛语言
FD论坛会议将提供同声传译，语种为英语和中文，请携带身份证或名片在会场外领取同传设备。
